The Mandarin Oriental opened on rue Saint-Honoré in 2011, occupying a building on one of Paris's most concentrated luxury streets — 500 metres from Place Vendôme and the Tuileries, surrounded by Chanel, Hermès, Colette's former space, and the kind of shopping that requires an appointment.
