Cheval Blanc St-Tropez occupies a beachfront position at Plage de la Bouillabaisse, a 10-minute walk from the Vieux Port and Place des Lices, and the only hotel within Saint-Tropez town limits with its own private beach on the sand. The property was previously known as La Résidence de la Pinède under the Delion family, who owned and operated the hotel from 1985 until 2017. La Vague d'Or, chef Arnaud Donckele's signature restaurant, holds three Michelin stars and 5 toques with a 19/20 Gault Millau rating, one of the most decorated kitchens on the Côte d'Azur.
