Rixos Premium Dubrovnik occupies a long, low-rise stretch of the Lapad peninsula seafront — a property the Turkish-headquartered Rixos group acquired and entirely re-engineered for its first Croatian operation. The original mid-century resort structure was rebuilt as a contemporary five-star, repositioned as an adults-only property in line with Rixos's premium-segment strategy in Antalya, Bodrum and Sharm El Sheikh, and brought into the Accor Lifestyle Collection in the late 2010s.
