The Hampton rooms run 28 to 32 square metres in the standard categories with the brand's clean contemporary finish (light wood casegoods, navy and cream textiles, walk-in glass showers in the renovated tiers). Bathrooms are tile and stone, beds are the Hampton signature Cloud Nine. The standout in-room detail is the floor-to-ceiling window in upper-floor city-side rooms, which looks west across Citadel Hill toward the Northwest Arm. For a single-night Halifax meeting trip on a controlled budget, the Hampton is the most consistent mid-market answer in the city. The room product is recent, the breakfast is genuinely included, the WiFi works at speed, the location puts you six minutes from the Convention Centre and four from the Citadel, and the Hilton Honors stack adds a no-friction loyalty path.
