Hotel Fasano Punta del Este sits on a 1,200-acre inland estate at Las Piedras — 25 minutes' drive northwest of Punta del Este's coastal cluster, in the rolling Uruguayan ranching country between the Sierra de las Ánimas mountains and the Atlantic coast.
