Montage Los Cabos opened in May 2018 on Santa Maria Bay on Cabo's Pacific corridor — a horseshoe-shaped bay with calm, swimmable waters that is unusual for the otherwise wave-prone Cabo Pacific corridor — as Montage Hotels & Resorts' Mexico flagship. The property's defining geographic advantage is the swimmable beach.
