Palazzo Avino, the "Pink Palace," occupies a 12th-century villa on the Ravello plateau, high above the Tyrrhenian and a short walk from the Belmond Hotel Caruso. The Avino family acquired it in 1997, when it opened as Palazzo Sasso, and renamed it for themselves in 2012.
