Conrad Bora Bora Nui occupies the entirety of Motu Toopua, a private peninsula on the western edge of Bora Bora's lagoon, and is the only resort in Bora Bora with overwater villas that face directly into the sunset rather than sunrise or simply across-lagoon. The villas were renovated in 2017 when the property re-flagged from Hilton to Conrad, and the design language updated from generic-tropical to a warmer, more contemporary Polynesian-modern that has aged well.
Hina Spa is the largest spa in French Polynesia at 1,300 square metres, with a hilltop location offering 360-degree views of Bora Bora and the surrounding atolls. Dining is across four restaurants. Iriatai is the headline French-Polynesian fine-dining restaurant.
