Raffles The Palm Dubai sits on the western crescent of the Palm Jumeirah (between One&Only The Palm and the Anantara) in a building that opened in 2018 as the Kempinski Emerald Palace and was rebranded Raffles in 2021. It is the most overtly palatial resort on the Palm, built in an opulent 18th-century European palace style, marble, gilt and some 6,000 Swarovski chandeliers, that nothing else on the Palm attempts. 391 rooms, suites and villas fill the multi-building complex; the upper-tier Royal Mansion Suite, with private pool and butler service, is the honeymoon flagship.
