Encore is the second tower of the Wynn Las Vegas property — connected to Wynn through the Esplanade but operated as a separate hotel. Two thousand and thirty-four rooms, all of them suites — the smallest entry-level Encore Resort Suite is 745 square feet, the entry to the Encore is the entry to a two-room hotel. The asset is the proximity to XS Nightclub (one elevator down from the lobby) and Encore Beach Club (one floor down) — the walking geometry from suite-to-club is the shortest of any Strip hotel.
