What to expect
A 3-4 hour class with the chef. Often: market visit (or vegetable garden walk), demonstration of techniques, hands-on cooking, then a meal of what you cooked. Wine pairing typical.
Cost: $200-$500 per person depending on hotel. Group sizes 4-12. Solo travelers welcome.
