Behind-the-bar mixology experiences at top hotel bars are the new luxury reservation. The bartender takes over for an hour. You're behind the bar.
What it is
A private session — typically 60-90 minutes — with the head bartender at a hotel bar. You learn 3-5 signature cocktails, you make them yourself, you drink the result. Often includes a tour of the spirits cabinet and a demonstration of clarification or fat-washing techniques.
