London's most storied members' club, transplanted to the north Strip. Understated by Vegas standards. Very much the point.
Crockfords Las Vegas opened in 2021 as one of Hilton's first LXR collection properties in the United States, occupying its own tower within the Resorts World complex on the long-dormant Stardust site at the north end of the Strip. The Crockfords name carries weight — the original London club, founded in 1828 on St James's Street, is the world's oldest private gaming establishment, and the Las Vegas iteration takes that lineage seriously. The lobby is timber-panelled and double-height, the carpeting is custom-woven from a botanical motif sketched by the design team, and the ambient music is curated rather than piped. The brief, plainly stated, is the opposite of what most Strip hotels still aspire to.
There are 236 rooms in the Crockfords inventory, ranging from 550-square-foot Superior Guestrooms to one- through three-bedroom Superior Suites between 1,100 and 3,000 square feet. The two Presidential Suites stretch to 4,000 square feet each, and the property's signature accommodation — five residential-style Pool Villas and Pool Palaces — span 3,300 to 7,000 square feet, each with private outdoor space, plunge pools, and dedicated butler. Interior finishes lean toward warm British modernism: bronze hardware, lacquered millwork, brass-trimmed bathrooms, and bespoke furniture sourced rather than catalog-ordered.
The hotel maintains its own private entrance, lobby, and pool deck, which is the operational distinction that elevates Crockfords above the larger Resorts World hotels (Hilton and Conrad share the same complex). Guests have access to the broader Resorts World programme — Famous Foods Street Eats, Wally's wine bar, Carversteak, Apex Social Club rooftop, the Zouk Group nightclubs, and the 5,000-seat theatre — but never need to set foot in those venues unless they choose to. The Awana Spa, located on the Conrad side, extends across 27,000 square feet with 25 treatment rooms and a Romanian-style bathhouse circuit.
The north-Strip address remains the property's only mild compromise. The Sphere, the Convention Center, and the new Fontainebleau are all within ten minutes; Wynn and Encore are a five-minute drive. For guests who want to be near the action without being inside it, the location is in fact a feature — and the LVCVA monorail station is a covered walk away, putting Caesars and the Strip's mid-section within fifteen minutes.
Crockfords is one of the very few Las Vegas hotels that genuinely supports a solo guest. The lobby and lounge spaces are configured for solo seating without it feeling conspicuous; the bar service is calibrated for one; the Awana Spa runs single-day wellness programmes that don't require a group. For a solo traveller who wants Las Vegas on their own terms — read in the lounge, eat at the chef's counter at Carversteak, take a long thermal circuit at Awana, sleep deeply, repeat — this is the most considered address on the Strip. The Awana Spa is the property's wellness centerpiece — the bathhouse circuit, with hammam, snow room, salt grotto, and ten thermal experiences, is the most considered facility of its kind on the Strip.
