It is a 40-room OD Hotels design boutique at the far end of Marina Botafoch, 50 metres from the sand at Talamanca and a short walk from Pacha, Lio, and Chinois, which is the whole point for a group that plans to be out most nights. The rooms are compact and minimalist in lavender-and-chocolate tones, with sea or mountain views, and the social heart of the place is the rooftop OD Sky Bar, with its panorama over Dalt Vila, the marina, and Formentera. Set expectations honestly, though: there is no pool here, so daytime lounging means walking the 50 metres to Talamanca beach; the rooms are on the small side; and this is a four-star, not a luxury resort. For a bachelorette of four or six who want a stylish, walkable base near the clubs and the beach, it works well. If you specifically want a hotel pool to spend the day at, book somewhere else.
Ask for a sea-view room facing Talamanca for the better outlook and morning light; the cheaper rooms look toward the mountains and the marina side. None are large, so if there are more than two of you, book adjoining rooms rather than crowding one.
