Two hundred and ninety-four rooms, every one sustainably-designed (the building uses reclaimed wood and stone throughout, runs on renewable energy, and uses no single-use plastic), the upper tier with east-facing balconies that catch the Manhattan-skyline morning sun. The asset is the rooftop pool and bar — the sixth-floor outdoor pool overlooks both the Brooklyn Bridge and the Manhattan skyline, and the rooftop bar is one of the most-photographed terraces in New York.
