Three hundred and ninety villas across the property, the working family-flagship being the Three-Bedroom Villa (1,800-2,200 square feet, three bedrooms, full kitchen, washer-dryer). The asset is the post-2017 villa product — the newer construction, the modern Hawaiian design language, the contemporary kitchen-and-bath finishes, the Westin Heavenly Bed standard. The Hawaiian Cultural Center on the property runs the daily kids' programme — the strongest cultural programming of any Ka'anapali resort, including hula, lei-making, ukulele, and the working Hawaiian-language session. Westin Nanea is the right pick for the family holiday where the post-2017 finishes and the cultural-programme depth are the working assets, paired with the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty value. The trade-off is the geographic position — north of central Ka'anapali, the walking-access to the major resort cluster (Hyatt, Westin Maui, Sheraton) is a 15-minute walk.
